Stuart Patterson - Florida
Stuart began fly tying in 2004 and would be considered a newcomer by some.  But his passion for fly fishing
and fly tying and rapid mastery of these pursuits certainly shows in his flies and his fishing adventures.
Located in Palm Bay, Florida, Stuart fishes year round in the salt and brackish waters of the Indian River
Lagoon and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.  A few years ago Stuart took his love for fly tying and decided to
turn it into a revenue stream for medical research. His family is active in fund raising activities for the
American Syringomyelia & Chiari Alliance Project.  Stuart’s twin daughters are affected by these
devastating conditions and his family is committed to funding research that may one day lead to a cure.
While not fly fishing or tying flies, Stuart is an active member of the Back Country Fly Fishing club,
participates in the Anglers for Conservation Hook Kids on Fishing events, and has written for Coastal
Angler Magazine.  If you are interested in talking to Stuart about Peak vises, fund raising, or having him tie

Casey Dunnigan - Colorado
Casey Dunnigan came to fly fishing and tying relatively recently.  He began fly fishing in 2007 and tying in
2008, but he has quickly become very accomplished.  Some tyers are just naturals and when you see
Casey's flies we think you'll agree with us that he is one of those natural talents.  Casey moved to Colorado
in 2007 and was introduced to fly fishing by a friend.  Significant influences on Casey's tying include PEAK
Fishing pro-team member Brian Yamauchi, Charlie Craven, John Barr, and A.K. Best.  Nobody can argue
that Casey has learned from the best.  He spends over 100 days a year on Colorado's trout waters.  Casey's
flies are creative, imaginative, effective, and beautifully tied.  They range from conventional "fishing flies"
to extended bodies, woven bodies, and realistic ties.  Casey has reached  a stage in his tying where he wants
to share more of what he has learned and has chosen demonstration tying as an outlet to communicate with
other tyers.  We're confident you'll find Casey to be very friendly and informative and he will be very happy
to talk with you about tying and fly fishing Colorado's rivers.
    Casey's Scheduled Appearances
